Kimberlee Bultman

Kim serves as Executive assistant and Client Relationship Manager for Tom.  Her role as his right-hand, provides him the time to focus on his unique ability as visionary for Ela Financial Group.  She plays the intricate part of working as a liaison between the partners and the staff.  Kim recently became a member of Strategic Coach and assists with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for the firm.

Kim graduated with a certificate in Accounting from Berkeley College of NJ in 1988 and immediately entered the corporate world of equipment leasing and finance.  She managed their bookkeeping team and became an intricate part of the company’s training needs.  She has resided in Wyckoff for 23 years with her husband Chris and their 3 children Ryan, Connor, and Brett.  Kim took some quality family time as they were growing and left Corporate America but stayed in touch with the workforce by taking on a part-time consulting position for a direct sales company and later served as the office administrator to a small local business.  Never forgetting her roots, she moved back into a full-time position as an account service manager for a medical equipment leasing company for 7 years before joining Ela Financial Group, Inc.

Kim spends any given free moment at her family lagoon home on the bay of Long Beach Island.  In the colder weather, she can be found shopping, cooking, relaxing with friends and family and simply enjoying life!
