Tanisha joined Ela Financial Group, Inc. in 2007 as an intern.  We were so impressed with her skills, that we offered her a full time position upon graduation.  She works closely with Tom in helping to prepare client reviews and financial plans, including compilation of data, portfolio allocation specifics, and fund research.  She also assists the team in the client serving and operations areas.

Tanisha is also a New Jersey native. She is a graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
