Arlene is a graduate of William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ, with many years of experience in the financial industry. She began her career in account management at Oppenheimer Capital and later joined the client services team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management as a Senior Associate, where she serviced Global Asset Allocation institutional clients. After taking time away from the corporate world in New York City to focus on her young family, Arlene continued building her client service and business experience through local administrative work and small business ownership. This blend of institutional, corporate, local business, and personal experience has helped shape her practical, client-focused approach as a financial advisor. Arlene joined Ela Financial Group, Inc. in 2018 and holds her Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.
A native of New Jersey, Arlene resides in Wyckoff with her husband, Frank, and their three children, Gavin, Ava, and Dean. She is passionate about Finding the Fabulous, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring the next generation of female role models through self-esteem, leadership, and professional development. In her free time, Arlene enjoys college parents’ weekends, attending high school activities, spending time with family, and volunteering at her church.
