Heather graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Substance Abuse Counseling from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2015. She has worked as an office administrator within education and legal sectors. Her education, experience and training has fostered her client centered service nature and enabled her to continuously carry out her passion for helping people.
As the Client Relationship Manager and Administrative Assistant to Ryan since 2021, Heather plays a key role in supporting both Ryan and the ELA Financial Group team. She manages day-to-day tasks, coordinates appointments, and ensures seamless office operations—all while prioritizing exceptional service for the firm's clients.
Heather and her husband Tyler, live in Pompton Lakes, NJ. Heather enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also comes from a musical family that loves performing together as a "family band."
